Orders and Shipping
Normally your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order.
Also, depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary up to 7 days
To change your shipping address, please visit Your Orders page and press the “Change Shipping Address” button on the left side of the page
When order is processed, you will receive an update via email including carrier tracking details for shipped orders. You can also check the status of an order at any time in order details. Track Shipment
We work with a credit card vendor to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can, of course, change the product by returning it back to us and placing a new one on the desired product! Return an item

Unfortunately, after an order has been submitted, we are unable to change order items, quantities, and delivery addresses.
Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled. If you do not want the item after receiving it, please place a return request
